Presentation Guidelines
1. Purpose and Scope
These presentation guidelines are established to ensure high educational value, scientific rigor, patient safety, and professional conduct throughout all scientific activities of the conference. All faculty members, including speakers, workshop instructors, and live surgery operators, are required to comply fully with these guidelines.
The conference is designed as a multidisciplinary educational platform involving surgeons, dentists, therapists, and allied healthcare professionals engaged in comprehensive cleft and craniofacial care.
2. Accepted Presentation Formats
2.1 Lectures
Lectures are formal educational presentations intended to deliver structured knowledge, clinical updates, or expert experience.

Content must be relevant to cleft and craniofacial care.

Presentations may be clinical, academic, or practice-oriented.

Evidence-based medicine is strongly encouraged.

Speakers should clearly identify learning objectives at the beginning.

Case-based lectures are permitted provided patient confidentiality is preserved.
2.2 Hands-On Educational Sessions
Hands-on sessions are practical training activities designed to enhance participant skills.

If patient safety is compromised, the procedure must be immediately terminated.
